Free Prize Draw to win £50

We’re excited to announce our 2021 Christmas free prize draw. Every time you spend in participating businesses, you can enter into a weekly prize draw to win £50 to spend in Knowle. The more times you spend, the more chances you have to win. Each week, we will take all the entries from participating businesses into the prize draw and draw one winner.

Terms and Conditions

The promoter of the free prize draw (“the Draw”) is Visit Knowle Limited, c/o 1688 High Street, Knowle, Solihull, B93 0LY

1. All entries must be received by the closing date, in order to be entered into the Draw.
2. One of the entrants will be selected at random to win the Prize on the date of the draw, and the winner will be notified within 7 days.
3. There is a limit of one entry per individual transaction.
4. The Draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 16. 
5. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.
6. Entry to the Draw shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. The winner agrees to use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the Draw.
8. The Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, FaceBook, Twitter or Instagram.
   
   The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend all or any of its draws at any time without notice.

Privacy

When entering, your personal details are collected by participating Knowle businesses as agents of Visit Knowle solely for the purposes of administering this Prize Draw and will be retained by Visit Knowle only until the Winner has received their Prize. By providing your details you give permission for them to be so retained.
