What Is Visit Knowle Rewards?
Visit Knowle Residential Rewards is a members-only scheme giving local residents access to exclusive discounts, freebies and offers from Knowle’s brilliant independent cafés, pubs, shops, salons, and restaurants.
But it’s more than just a discount card. It’s a movement to back Knowle’s future.
Every membership (£3/month):
- Unlocks offers like discounted sausage rolls, half-price treats, and savings at your favourite shops
- Pays for itself with just one reward a month — use more and the savings add up
- Funds community events, markets, decorations and local improvements
How It Works
- Residents join for £3/month
- They log into their digital membership online
- They show the reward offer page (only subscribers can see this) in-store to claim the offer
- You process the offer however you want

Q: How do I add an offer?
A: You can add an offer by emailing hello@visitknowle.co.uk. Include details like the offer, any conditions, and if there’s an end date. We can set that when loading your offer.
Q: How do I cancel an offer?
A: Email hello@visitknowle.co.uk with the offer details you’d like to remove, and we’ll take care of it. Please allow a few days for the action to be completed.
Q: Can you help advertise my offer?
A: Absolutely! We’ll schedule it into our social media. If you don’t see it being promoted, give us a gentle nudge - we’re happy to help.
Q: How do customers claim a reward?
A: Customers select the reward they want my tapping "My Rewards" and then tapping the offer that they want. This then reveals the full details of the offer - customers simply show the reward page on their mobile phone at your venue to prove they qualify. You’ll see the terms and conditions of the offer, the offer number and a QR code to scan. You can see an example of the page by scrolling up this page)
Q: Can you track how many people redeem my offer?
A: We can see how many times a QR code has been scanned and we can also see page views for your offer but we don't track statistics. . If you create a promo code in your EPOS system, you can measure performance directly yourself.
Q: Can I set an expiry date for my offer?
A: Yes! Just let us know the end date when you send your offer details, and we’ll ensure it’s displayed correctly and it will automatically disappear from the website after the expiry date.
Q: Can I change the details of an offer once it’s live?
A: Yes, just email us with the updated details. We’ll update your offer as quickly as possible, but please give us a few days notice.
Q: How do I create the artwork graphic?
A: We do that for you - just send us a photo relevant to the offer.
Q: How do I make my offer stand out?
A: Clear, attractive deals work best. Consider sending us an image specific to the offer, and snappy descriptions. The more detail we have, the better we can promote it. You can also provide copy to go onto a social media post.
Q: Can I run multiple offers at the same time?
A: Yes! You can have multiple offers running concurrently, just make sure each one has clear terms and, if relevant, different expiry dates.
Q: How often should I update offers?
A: Regularly refreshing your offers keeps your business visible and engaging. New offers also give us a new reason to post offers on social media.
Q: Can I offer discounts on specific items or categories only?
A: Absolutely. Just specify which products or services the offer applies to when you submit it.
Q: What if I notice my offer isn’t performing well?
A: We can give advice on timing, wording, or promotion. You can also track performance through page views or your EPOS system if you use promo codes. If you want to, we can end an offer and try another one that might be more compelling.
Q: Can I collect customer feedback on the offer?
A: Yes! Encourage customers to mention the offer and give feedback. You could also track comments or reviews to see how it’s received.
Q: Are there any restrictions on the type of offers I can submit?
A: Offers should be compliant with trading standards, national guidelines and be legal. We’ll review every submission before it goes live but it's up to you to ensure your promotion is compliant.

A: We don't yet.

A: Only Visit Knowle business members can add an offer - it's one of the benefits of being a member.
