In some businesses, the team might scan the QR code shown on the redemption page - this just helps them, and Visit Knowle track redemption rates, so that we can learn which offers work best.

Can anyone join?

No app needed. Everything is available through the new, easy-to-use Visit Knowle website. Members get access to a private rewards page where all offers are listed.

Will the offers change over time?

Yes - we hope that offers will be updated regularly. Businesses can add seasonal deals, flash offers or new perks, so it’s worth checking to see what’s new.

Can I share my rewards with others?

Rewards are for members only. Each membership is individual, but at just £3/month, it’s easy for everyone in the household to join if they like!

Do I have to live in B93 to join?

Absolutely not. Although the scheme is focused on rewards from Knowle businesses (B93 area), anyone can join and enjoy the rewards regardless of where they live or work.

Can I track how much I’m saving?

Yes - many residents choose to note what they’ve saved to see how quickly the value adds up. If you use multiple offers a month, the scheme can save you a significant amount over the year. The website doesn't keep a track of what the rewards you've used.
